Last Saturday, we went to Ceviche for lunch. I had heard such amazing comments on the cuisine of chef Martin Morales, one of the most renowned chefs today. His Peruvian restaurant gathers both an excellent cuisine and a nice decor – a great mix of Peru and trendy setting.
Of course, we went for the ceviches: Don Ceviche, Chorillos in the House and Concha su Mar, all so tasty and fresh with a great mix of tastes – special attention to the sauces and dressings which reveal the seafood and bring up amazing flavors.
We then had 2 small meat dishes: the Panza & Higo braized pork belly and the Corazon Mio marinated beef.
We paid 55£ for 2 people.
