This 300-year old renovated finca in the Mallorcan countryside was bought by a Swedish couple in 2019 with the purpose to turn it into their dream house. As keen travellers with a love for luxury boutique hotels the couple have tried to make it a holiday home away from home. This is a perfect option for friends and families.

The uniqueness of the house is that it consists of five different apartments connected with each other. The finca is ideal for large families, groups of friends, groups of colleagues, or anyone who like the idea of holidaying together with still the possibility to have some privacy and own space. 

Each of the suites has a bedroom with a double bed, living room (some with sofa beds) and ensuite bathroom.  

The heart of the finca is the large kitchen and dining room together with a cosy lounge with an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. 

There is an outside kitchen with BBQ, large pool (10 x 4,5 m), and a Jacuzzi. All over the garden there are outdoor lounge areas, providing plenty of spots to hide away with a cup of coffee and a good book.  

The lounge is decorated around the open fireplace. There is a large TV and wifi that can be used for streaming in the living room. 

The playroom has two separate entrances from the outside and has a Ping-Pong table, yoga mats, training bench, weights, board games, dart and a TV. 

But the best part of the house is probably the pool house next to the swimming pool. The house has two sofas, a table, and sun chairs. It is under the shade the whole day, cool and comfortable during the day and cosy by night. There are plenty of outdoor lounge areas and a Bali bed to take the sun.

And last, there is a yhurt in the garden for yoga lovers which can fit 10 mats.

LOCATION: The finca is located in the beautiful countryside of Felanitx in southeast Mallorca with the stunning beaches of southeast Mallorca within short reach. Within a 10 min drive you will reach the villages of Felanitx to the south, Porreres to the north and Campos to the west, where you will find markets cafes and restaurants.
