The property also consists of a charming and spacious dining room, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction stove and relaxation room with TV and sofa, for real moments of privacy.
Outside, dominated by the beautiful swimming pool, there is a large solarium with chaises longues and stone seats in pure local style and a large area dedicated to outdoor cooking with shaded patio for dinners and lunches by the pool.
The garden has a swimming pool of 10x4m and 1.30 m deep, 6 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The patio has an outdoor kitchen, with barbeque, induction stove, table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the sun and beautiful weather.
