The Orta restaurant is at the center of the hotel. From healthy breakfasts to bbqs, Orta only uses fresh and local ingredients. They serve the best local food applying the principle of farm to table by using local artisans and suppliers: cured meat makers, goat cheese artisan, winemakers, olive oil maker, our seafood lady etc.
