We work with boutique luxury hotels and private homes across Europe. They fit with our motto: AUTHENTICITY, CONFIDENTIALITY, LUXURY.
Depending on the complexity of the request, you can expect to receive a proposal within 1 to 2 weeks. It takes a while to contact and align with the home owners and hotel managers before we can submit a firm offer to you but we always try to keep our lead times to the minimum.
We take a small fee from our private clients for our bespoke planning service. This fee covers part of our research, alignment with home owners and hotel managers and preparation of our proposal. Bespoke planning is very time consuming as completely tailored to your needs, this is why we take a fixed fee.
We like to know our clients and their needs before starting to plan any travel for them. Therefore we always try to schedule a short call before we start planning your travel. This way we can define your needs and expectations and match you with our best partners. We always ensure there is a strong fit to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your holiday. We also have a concierge service available for any questions and to plan extra services for your escape (cultural and sports activities, restaurants, private chefs, transfers and transportation etc.)
