This modern house pays homage to traditional Alentejo houses with white walls, gable roofs and Estremoz marble stone.

The house is on the border between the green flood plain and the white sandy dune. It seats on a sandy hill and lets the natural dune pass through under it.

On the north side, you can enjoy framed views over the floodplains and sunset.

On the south side, the house opens to a private and protected sunny deck space that connects to the heated 12-meter-long pool surrounded by a sandy garden with pine trees.

Inside, the white walls and floors create a neutral palette, with the addition of wood and textiles with Portuguese tradition.

All three suites enjoy privileged sunset views through a large window and access to a suspended north deck. The relaxing natural views and sound of the ocean make it the perfect place to hang out or read a book. The larger bedroom has an in-room bathtub overlooking spectacular ocean sunsets and extended views to the Serra da Arrábida coastline

The house has a kitchen that features a large cooking island, a living room, an interior dining room and a nearby rustic table beneath a vine-clad pergola to enjoy meals outside.
