It includes 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a 23 meters swimming pool. The house was build in 1964.
The Villa offers a big fenced garden with a massive swimming pool (23 meters long, with Salt water chlorination), and lots of outdoor spaces and terraces to enjoy unbelievable meals under the stars during your holiday in Ibiza.
Recently renovated, it is nicely furnished, combining classic vintage furniture with more contemporary kitchen and bathroom fittings, it’s an amazing and peaceful place to stay.
Architect Ribas designed the villa to create a peaceful retreat for his family in 1964. Close attention was used to employ natural cross ventilation, so even in the warmest Ibizan summer you won’t need air conditioning.
Even if the house has been fully renovated we respected the original structure, so you will enjoy modern facilities, but still feel the charming atmosphere of the ’60ies.
The new kitchen if fully equipped with 3 ovens (one oversize professional Gaggenau oven), 2 dishwasher machines (Miele), 2 fridges and freezers, Nespresso machine, etc.
An outdoor large gas plancha/bbq is to be enjoyed for meals al fresco.
The house has a Bose soundlink bluetooth speaker dock available.
